Through discussion, Present Moment Meditation and a variety of self-discovery exercises, participants learn how stories and interpretations are created in the mind; how they become filters through which we see life; and how they impact our ability to see things clearly. The workshop addresses how thoughts and mental images effect health and happiness, relationships with self and others, and the quality of life in the present moment.

The Living in the Present Moment Workshop takes a look at how thoughts, beliefs and mental images about the past and the future shape our experience of the present moment.
The Present Moment Meditation segments allow the body, mind and senses to relax, unwind, refresh and rejuvenate. They are opportunities for participants to turn their focus inward, connect with their inner self, and experience the deep peace that exists within.
Participants are given a variety of effective tools for objectively observing their thoughts. These tools allow them to recognize old patterns of thinking; shift their perspective; gain new insights; and make new choices that transform their lives.
